Do You Make House Calls?
Yes, if you cannot leave your house due to a health problem we can make house calls. Check with the front desk staff for fees.
Do You Offer Phone Consultations?
Yes, we offer phone and Skype consultations. New patients may take up to 60 minutes, $200; established patients are $150 for 30 minutes. You will be sent a custom herbal formula, (not included in the consult fee) and lifestyle recommendations. Call the center for details.
What Do You Do On The First Visit?
You will fill out our medical history and if you’re trying to have a baby a fertility questionnaire. The doctor will use Chinese pulse and tongue diagnosis to determine the root causes of your symptoms. We will discuss in detail your treatment plan, insurance and finances.
Are complementary visits paid by insurance?
No. We do not invoice you or your insurance for any complementary visit. Complementary means no charge to you or insurance.
